About Us

The Medicov company – founder of Careers in White – was created in 2006 by some enthusiastic young people, that are trying to help the young generation at the beginning of their medical career, when they are constantly struggling with the lack of information and communication concerning the opportunities in this field.

Although pioneers in organizing such events, but with a success story from the first two editions, we have a very experienced management team in planning events (training, workshops, conferences, other events).

The team has been involved in different important medical-related NGOs, both national and international (Medical Students’ Organizations, the Romanian Federation of Medical Students’ Associations, the International Federation of Medical Students’ Associations) and it is in close contact with the Romanian healthcare sector by being part of both the public medical system and directly linked with the private one.
