We recruit:
MSF is on the lookout for volunteers who are willing to provide some of their time and skills to be available for those in need. The basic principle is voluntary commitment: MSF volunteers (Expats) donate their time and qualifications for people in distress. The on-location work of our Expats is often very exhausting, but is also fascinating, demanding appropriate professional knowledge, and a large amount of motivation and commitment.
Most needed medical and paramedical professions:
Medical Doctors (General Practitioners, Surgeons, Anesthesists, Gynecologists/Obstetricians, Pediatricians, Specialists in Internal Medicine, Specialists in HIV/AIDS & TB, Public Health Specialists and Epidemiologists), Nurses, Midwives, Pharmacists, Laboratory staff, Psychologists/Psychiatrists.
We recruit for:
MSF is constantly searching for international professionals for medical aid operations throughout the entire world. When large-scale epidemics occur, when areas in crisis are too dangerous for many others, then the medical teams from MSF are there to ensure that the affected population can count on continual care being provided for their most basic health-care needs. They organize basic medical care, treat the injured, carry out vaccination campaigns, train local medical staff and build up the medical infrastructure. In long-term aid projects they dedicate themselves to the fight against „forgotten“ diseases like tuberculosis, malaria, sleeping sickness, and HIV/AIDS.
